We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.

• Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia) – Same day or next business day
• Alexandria, Upper Egypt, Delta, and other governorates – 2 to 5 business days

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation message via phone or email once your order is shipped.
• Shipping is handled through our trusted partner Bosta.
• You can track your order status using the tracking number sent to you.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

• Size Exchange: Items can be exchanged for a different size via the website within 14 days of receipt (subject to stock availability).
• Refunds: Returns for a refund can be processed through the website within 14 days of receipt (shipping fees apply).
• Order Inspection: You may open and inspect your order upon delivery; if unsatisfied, the order must be returned in full with the courier (partial acceptance is not permitted).
• Store Policy: Online purchases cannot be exchanged or returned at physical stores, and vice-versa.

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order to avoid delays.
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to reschedule.
• Delivery times may vary during major sales periods and holidays.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product.
